Besides a successful music career, Florencia took great pride in the development of future musicians. Florencia gave private piano, organ and vocal lessons at her home.

One of her proudest moments as a teacher was watching two former students Rosemarie Coleman and Alfred Burton excel in their music careers.

 

Over her 7o year career, she taught, mentored, and celebrated countless students in piano, organ, and vocal performance. We seek to continue her efforts to provide all students of music with the resources and training they need in order to excel.
